Scared Boy, a wary yet resilient member of our feral community, was not easy to capture. His deep-seated distrust of humans made him hesitant to eat if anyone was within sight. However, with patience and perseverance, we were eventually able to trap him.
On April 30, 2023, Scared Boy was neutered, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life. The very next day, he was released back into his familiar territory, where he continues to roam freely.
Scared Boy’s story is a reminder of the challenges and rewards of building trust with feral cats and the positive impact of our ongoing efforts to care for and manage the local feline population.
